Work comprised the relocation of the existing external refrigerator and the internal subdivision of the adjacent unit to the paddocks to include the additional storage space.

This consisted of white rocking of walls, new floor covering, mechanical installation and modifications, electrical installations and modifications, fitting of new internal joinery, installation of exterior completions and external works including the installation of new stone cladding to match existing.

It should be noted works were carried out in a strict time frame due to the fact that works were being carried out during the university summer break and had to be completed prior to return of students in September,

The adjoining restaurant remained fully operational with minimal distributions throughout the period of time when works being carried out.
