Return & Employ Initiative

The Return & Employ is an amazing initiative set up my Gearoid and all of us at PBC are absoutlry thrilled to be a part of it. The Return & Employ initiative is a social and environmental initiative that empowers people with disabilities through meaningful work by collect plastic bottles from local workplaces and bring them to Ireland’s Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) centres. The money earned from returning these bottles is used to pay the   team members wages. This simple yet powerful model not only helps reduce plastic waste but also creates accessible employment opportunities, promoting independence, inclusion, and environmental responsibility.
