UL student accommodations refurbishments to Thomond & Kilmurry villages.

Work Included

• This project consisted of refurbishment works in two separate student accommodations in the University of Limerick campuses.

• Firstly in the Kilmurry student village there was refurbishment works and the extension of village reception, there was refurbishment and conversion of existing commercial units to create a new student common room and the refurbishment of Kilmurry village hall, first floor to create a new student hub.

• Secondary in the Thomond student village there was refurbishment works and the conversion of existing store room to create a new student common room / hub.
