Project Description
The project involved a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment of the Toll House. Internal works included the installation of new flooring, extensive damp proofing treatments, restoration of original joinery and plasterwork, along with a complete mechanical and electrical upgrade to modern standards

Internal works involved the installation of new floors, carrying out of damp proofing, restoration of joinery, restoration of plaster, full mechanical & electrical upgrade.

External works included there pointing of all stonework, installation of new sliding sash windows and the carrying out of External Damp treatments.

Joinery repair works were carried out off-site where possible and installed in the toll house when significantly completed.
