Project Description

The project involved a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment of the Toll House. Internal works included the installation of new flooring, extensive damp proofing treatments, restoration of original joinery and plasterwork, along with a complete mechanical and electrical upgrade to modern standards

Work Included

  • Internal works involved the installation of new floors, carrying out of damp proofing, restoration of joinery, restoration of plaster, full mechanical & electrical upgrade.

  • External works included there pointing of all stonework, installation of new sliding sash windows and the carrying out of External Damp treatments.

  • Joinery repair works were carried out off-site where possible and installed in the toll house when significantly completed.
