The project in Dromcollegher began with the demolition of two outdated houses, involving the safe disconnect of utilities and the careful removal of hazardous materials.

 

The site was cleared, Levelled and equipped with new water , sewerage and electricity connection in preparations for construction. In their place two modern, energy efficient homes were built, featuring insulated cavity walls, slate tiled roof and triple glazed windows to meet high thermal efficiency standards.

 

Each home includes open plan living spaces modern kitchens, fully equipped bathrooms and future proofed wiring for connectivity. Landscaped gardens and durable driveways complete the exteriors, blending style with sustainability
