The project involved the construction of two single storey classrooms and a link corridor with remedial works to the existing building.

Part M of the building regulations was adhered to in order to meet the requirements of the client as the school caters for children with special needs.

Mains gas / electrical / water and data services had to be diverted as they ran through the site, consultation with the various service authorities as well as the HSA was required in order to provide a safe working environment and to comply with building regulations.

Fit-out of classrooms and instillation of 2 ceiling mounted lift/hoist on tracks as well as M&E instillations.

All classrooms and corridors were fully decorated for as turnkey handover.
