Tradespeople (All Disciplines) 

About the Role:

PBC Builders is continuously expanding and we are seeking skilled tradespeople across all sectors to join our growing team. Whether your expertise is in carpentry, plastering, plumbing, electrical work, painting, roofing, tiling, groundworks or any other trade, we want to hear from you. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality construction and maintenance work across a range of residential and commercial projects, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out trade-specific duties in line with your qualifications, experience, and project requirements.

• Deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure all tasks meet PBC Builders’ quality expectations and industry regulations.

• Work collaboratively with site teams, Site Managers and subcontractors to support smooth project delivery.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

• Identify and report any issues, defects, or delays related to your trade.

• Follow all company processes for quality control, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in your trade within the construction industry (carpentry, plastering, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, tiling, groundworks or other relevant discipline).

• Strong practical skills and attention to detail within your trade specialism.

• A solid understanding of construction procedures and safety standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Trade qualifications and certifications preferred (e.g., Safe Pass, CSCS, relevant trade accreditation).

• Driving licence beneficial.
