This project consisted of the replacement of timber decking to 25 balconies in Thomond village.

The existing timber decking had deteriorated over time and required replacement along with the handrails.

Existing timbers were removed and disposed of and balconies were refurbished with new decking.

Works were carried out in the summer while occupancy levels of the apartments were at their lowest levels and all works were coordinated with village management to minimise disturbances to tenants.
