Project Description

Works involved a complete electrical rewire, external accessibility enhancements, fire safety upgrades, Asbestos removal, boiler upgrade and more.

Old windows and frames were removed throughout the building and replaced to increase energy efficiency and cut down on heating costs. These along with the installation of a new, energy-efficient gas boiler system will allow the school to operate at a reduced heating cost.

A new intercom system along with an access control system was incorporated into the works to allow for safety and accessibility throughout the building. Ramps were built externally to allow access and exit from existing and new doorways, these along with new handrails allow for safe entry and exit no matter the user.

These improvements were made to ensure a safe, accessible, and comfortable learning environment for students and staff while ensuring the safety of both students and staff alike during the demolition and construction process.
