Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations at all times.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery.

• Monitor project progress, costs and quality, providing regular updates to senior management.

• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise on site.

• Ensure all work meets PBC Builders’ quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations and safety standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
